Note:
In the interests of financial transparency, the law of 6 February relating to the territorial administration of the Republic (known as the “ATR law”) established the obligation of showing certain summary information relating to the financial situation as an annex to budgetary documents.
Cities and associations of more than 10,000 inhabitants are obliged to present the 11 ratios shown above.
IT should be noted that the outstanding debt used for calculating the ratios includes land reserves.
The population applied when calculating the ratios corresponds to the population recorded by the Direction Générale des Collectivités Locales (General Directorate of Local Authorities), in other words the municipal population plus one resident per secondary residence
